The little canoe that could!
Today was the BESTEST DAY!! We honestly thought we'd place last. BEYOND last, like, draggin' our butts in a minute or two after the last canoe. But we took SECOND!! yee hee heeee! It was an amazing feeling. We had three races, the first one we took 2nd, the second one we WON, and that placed us in the finals and we took 2nd in that.
I've never placed in any sports thing EVER. I have always loved sports, play anything at anytime, but I just suck at everything. I have lots of fun, but never had an athletic bone in my body. So this is a huge accomplishment for me. I think I'm gonna sign up for this regatta season. I could do this every week, for sure! ¶ 5:11 PM
